Danielle Staub, the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star, is being sued for $350,000 by the owner of the Penthouse Executive strip club for violating a contract.
Staub, whose past history includes an FBI bust for cocaine possession and sale in the '80's, failed to appear for a live Web Chat and bailed out on a postproduction voiceover, following a video she shot for Swan Media Group. Staub was paid $25,000 for her alleged services in November 2010.
Swan is owned by Robert Gans and is operated from the same Manhattan office as one of his strip clubs.
The terms of the contract stated that Staub would split the proceeds from the sale of the video 50/50 with the media company and would be paid extra for any appearance that she made at Scores, another strip.
In February, Staub broke off communication with the company and refused to accept a legal letter at her North Bergen, N.J. home.
