FORMER Brookside actor Brian Regan faced a day of questioning after being re-arrested in connection with a city murder.
Liverpool doorman Bahman Faraji, 44, was shot dead outside the Belgrave pub, in Aigburth, on February 24.
Regan, who played Terry Sullivan in the hit soap, was re-arrested by police along with a 42-year-old Garston man for further questioning yesterday.
The 53-year-old actor was one of three people arrested earlier in the investigation, which was launched after Iranian-born Mr Faraji, nicknamed “Batman”, was shot in the head from close range.
Edward Heffey, 40, of Beloe Street, Dingle, is in custody after being charged with murder.
